Rooffellow Roofing is a brand of Axion Systems LLC, 1133 Whittier Ave, Bensalem, PA 19020 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the price calculator or chat, we collect the answers you give (house style, approximate size, roof extras) and, only if you choose to send them, your name, phone number, email and address. We also receive standard technical data (browser, device, pages viewed, referring ad) through cookies and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
To give you a price estimate, schedule your free inspection, send your written proposal and follow up about your project. We use advertising data to measure and improve our ads.
Calls, texts and email
If you send us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your roofing project, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example our CRM, email and advertising platforms), with a financing partner if you ask to apply for financing, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel to understand which ads bring visitors to this page. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings and block cookies in your browser.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, contact us at the phone number on our home page or by mail at the address above.
