During our first contact, we collect some necessary information to serve your needs better.

Then we will confirm the time and date for the appointment. We will collect the contact information such as your email and phone number you or your representative, who will meet us on-site and discuss the project in detail.

Our specialist will come to your property at the appointed time, and the first phase of work will start. That is consultation, measurements, and diagnostics.

He will determine the slope level of your roof, and its area. He will inspect the skylights, chimney, windows, decorative and other elements that affect the timeframe, complexity and cost of the project.

After taking the measurements, the representative will do the roof diagnostics.

He will take pictures of the damage, defects, chips and cracks detected. That damage affects the integrity of the roof now or will affect it in the future.

HOW THE WORK PROCESS LOOKS LIKE?

5️⃣ We will ask for your review on our social media.

Your Client Manager will be in touch with you, assist you with any questions or concerns and will agree on the roofing option you prefer. You can also get advice on color options available. Finally, you will receive the contract via email, it will contain the scope of work, price and warranty information.
